New novels?

Can we expect a new novel from the brilliant Dr Rankin? Are there any hints, or has he grown tired of writing? Hope not.

Seems I got it wrong? There is a new novel on its way. Rumours abound that it involves that old guy Rebus. Time will tell...

Okay, looks as if there is one due in 2011 (see IR's recent summer newsletter). The Rebus one I'd heard about must have been the brewery tour short story.

Is there any plan to "unretire" Rebus as Connelly did with Harry Bosch?
